Trial LawyerSteven Langer possesses excellent experience as trial and appellate counsel before federal and state courts as well as many administrative agencies. Mr. Langer possesses 15 years experience as an active trial lawyer, having tried dozens of cases before juries and many, many more bench trials where a judge alone decides the outcome. Mr. Langer currently only represents parties in cases requiring an experienced trial lawyer. Only a small group of attorneys in central Oklahoma possess this sort of significant jury trial experience.Mr. Langer has represented clients from Fortune 500 corporations to individuals and their families. Mr. Langer's experience includes appearances for appellate oral argument before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Langer regularly appears as trial counsel in state and federal courts with past trials before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma as well as the District Courts of Oklahoma, Tulsa, Cleveland, Atoka, Cherokee, Creek, Garvin, Kingfisher and McClain Counties. He has appeared as trial and appellate counsel in many types of civil cases, including cases involving serious injury and criminal defense of persons wrongly accused. Mr. Langer is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Oklahoma, the United States Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
