Mr. Langer possesses over 19 years experience as an active trial lawyer, having tried dozens of cases before juries and many more bench trials where a judge alone decides the outcome. Even though Mr. Langer focuses the majority of his practice on immigration, he still accepts a limited number of trial cases each year.Mr. Langer has represented clients from Fortune 500 corporations to individuals and their families. Mr. Langer's experience includes appearances for appellate oral argument before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Langer regularly appears as trial counsel in state and federal courts with past jury trials before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma as well as several District Courts throughout Oklahoma. Mr. Langer is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Oklahoma, the United States Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. |
